Room 4 is our largest room and has a king size bed and a 3 ft single bed in it, it is a beautiful light and airy room with a spacious recently renovated shower room.The room offers a smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Echo Dot (Alexa), hairdryer, silent 32L fridge, iron and ironing board and complementary hospitality tray. It has 2 large windows to allow lots of ventilation and sunlight into the room on lovely sunny days.
Room 4 is ideal for 2 guests only as it spacious, comfortable and a lovely space to be staying in.

Bentley is amazing, this is the Rolls Royce of Guest Houses.
My wife and I have just really enjoyed a five-night returnstay at what can only be described as a warm and comfortable guest house. Richard and Debbie are the most considerate,warm and welcoming hosts we have ever had the pleasure of staying with. Nothing is too much trouble for them, the garden is an absolute picture and adds to the pleasure of enjoying an amazing breakfast each morning. I like my food but had to ask to reduce my breakfast, as the portions were so good, beautifully cooked, prepared and hot.The house and room were immaculate, en suite was lovely and clean. We were totally spoiled with complimentary home-made fudges, cake and jam.We were even spoiled on, sadly, leaving and given an Easter Egg and home-made cake.Thank You Richard and Debbie for an amazing stay and making us so welcome. Bentley Lodge The Best B&B In Torquay
Debbie and Rich our great hosts they always make us feel very welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms our Immaculate very comfy beds and lots of nice touches including treats. The best cooked breakfast we have ever had very hot and tasty. We have been here multiple times. A nice garden to relax in and off road parking. We have tried other places in Torquay but Bentley Lodge is by far the best. If you are thinking of staying in Torquay give this place a try. You will not be disappointed.

Spoilt in A Good Way
Spoilt - in a good wayAnother amazing stay at Bentley Lodge, Debbie and Richard a so friendly and very welcoming. The room is super clean and airy and full of little treats, the homemade fudge and rocky road are worth the visit alone ;-)I have to mention the breakfast, by far one of the best, fresh produce, good coffee and homemade strawberry jam , it is certainly an excellent start to the day.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

1. Reservation-
To secure your reservation here with us ay Bentley Lodge, we will require a 25% deposit which can be paid via debit or credit card. You can use an alternative card to clear the outstanding balance. If we fail to receive a deposit we reserve the right to reject the booking at any point.

2. Cancellations & Insurance-
We recommend you have travel insurance as cancellations or changes to your booking can sometimes incur fees. Should you need to cancel or amend a booking please contact me (Debbie) as soon as you can. If your booking is through a 3rd party, for example booking.com, you will need to contact them also.
A holiday booking is a legally binding contract. If you fall ill, have an accident, become redundant or are otherwise prevented from taking your holiday and we are unable to re-let your accommodation, there could be a cancellation charge. This could be as much as the full cost of your holiday.

Bookings that are flexible and provided we are given more than 14 days notice prior to your arrival date, we will refund the deposit. if you need to cancel or amend a booking within the 14 days prior to your arrival, you will remain liable for the total accommodation cost.
If you need to leave earlier than your departure date, you are still liable for total cost of the stay. If there are exceptional circumstances for the early departure, we reserve the right to review our policy amend if necessary for the individual guest.

If you do not arrive without notice and letting us know, you remain liable for the full cost of the booked stay.

If you have booked a non refundable stay, there is no refund available after booking.

3. Arrivals & Departures

Arrivals are from 2.00pm - 6pm, however please call ahead if you need an earlier or later arrival and we will do our best to make flexible arrangements for you. If the room is ready and you arrive early, we will be more than happy to check you in.

Rooms must be vacated by 10.30 am please.

Pick up from Torquay train or coach stations & Exeter airport by prior arrangement. We are happy to collect and drop off guests and make their arrival smooth and stress free.

4. Meals

There is no allowance given for meals not taken.
Packed lunches available by arrangement. Take out meals can be eaten in the dinning room and can only be eaten in the room with agreement from the owners.

5. Payment

Payment may be made by debit/credit card, or cash.

6. Facilities

All rooms have tea & coffee making facilities, new smart TVs,Alexa, hair dryers, an ironing board, iron, 23L silent fridge and blackout curtains. There are plenty of information sources available on site including maps and leaflets. Free WIFI throughout.

7. Hotel Policies

To comply with the law we now have a non-smoking and vaping policy within Bentley Lodge. Smoking and vaping can take place in the garden, please use the ashtrays that are provided.

We do not allow stag or hen parties and children under 8 years old..
We reserve the right to refuse admission.
We do ask guests to respect others after 10.30 pm and until 7.00am. If your behaviour is deemed unacceptable and causes other guests to be disturbed, we do have the right to ask you to leave without a refund.
